First Wednesday Evenings Free on Museum Hill

WHO: Art on the Hill
WHAT: The Museum of Indian Arts and Culture/Laboratory of Anthropology, Museum of International Folk Art, the Wheelwright Museum of the American Indian, and the Museum of Spanish Colonial Arts announce Art on the Hill - Free First Wednesdays on Museum Hill from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m.

For the first free Wednesday, on April 2, 2008, the Museum of Spanish Colonial Arts will feature a docent tour. At the Museum of Indian Arts and Culture the curator of the exhibition Native Couture: A History of Santa Fe Style, Anita McNeece will give a talk at 6:30 p.m. The Museum of International Folk Art will present a gallery talk at 6:00 p.m. by Dr. Bobbie Sumberg, curator of the current exhibition Needles+Pins. The Wheelwright Museum of the American Indian is currently showing Native American Modern: 1960 to the Present.
WHEN: The first Wednesday of the month beginning, Wednesday, April 2, 2008
from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m. through October 1.
