Conference Opportunities
National and regional LGBTQ+ leadership opportunities are available to UND students.
Midwest Bisexual, Lesbian, Gay, Transgender, Asexual College Conference
The Midwest Bisexual, Lesbian, Gay, Transgender, Asexual College Conference (MBLGTACC) is an annual conference held to connect, educate, and empower LGBTQIA+ college students, faculty, and staff around the Midwest. MBLGTACC is the largest and oldest continuously-held LGBTQ+ college conference in the nation and is entirely student run. UND students regularly attend the MBGLTACC conference. The Pride Center helps sponsor a conference delegation to MBLGTACC.
Out for Undergrad
Out for Undergrad (O4U) hosts four conferences every year: Business, Engineering, Marketing, and Tech. Each conference brings together a group of high-achieving LGBTQIA students from across the nation for an all expense-paid weekend of professional development, keynote speakers, workshops, and networking. Winter Warm-Up
The Winter Warm-Up is the National Gay Pilots Association's (NGPA) flagship West Coast event, which is held at the beginning of the year and is by far our largest yearly gathering. The event features keynote speakers, hundreds of ATP-qualified active airline pilots seeking employment, aviation products and services, and educational seminars for both commercial, business/corporate, and general aviation pilots. The NGPA Chapter at UND coordinates a conference delegation to the Winter Warm-up each year.
